The Location of the factory is in the Tamil Nadu Sipcot, Industrial Complex, Ranipet. 90 Kms from Chennai and 20 Kms from Vellore, situated in the Chennai-Bangalore High Way, with excellent road access and other industrial facilities including Power, Water & communication etc.,

The Founder Mr.C.V.Jeyaraman is an Entrepreneur started this Jeyamalli Industries in the year 1984 with academic qualification as Mechanical Engineering graduate he started his career in N.T.T.F. Tool Room in the year 1970. We were trained in manufacturing of Press Tools, Press-Components, Deep draw Components and Design of Press Tools. He has worked for more than 14 years in NTTF both Tooling’s and pressings and Occupied in different levels and finally came out as factory Manager. Now Mrs.J.Kameshwari Vivek. D/O C.V.Jeyaraman Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and M.E in Tool Engineering from NTTF Bang. She is taking care of all design, development and future expansion activities in all our group of industries.

We have also designed and developed lots of Press Components and Press Tools for M/S. Lucas TVS, M/S.Brakes India, M/S.Lakshmi Machine Works and M/s.Amalgamation Repco etc,. Most of the Components are imported substitution and are developed by us indigenously and supplied Bulk Quantities to all above companies. We have also developed many components for BHEL which were once imported from West Germany.

In our 40 years of experience we are capable of designing, developing and executing anycomplicated engineering components. The company is fully equipped with Tool Room machines and measuring facilities and different range of presses to supply a wide range of press components and machined components. Our first and foremost satisfaction is our customer satisfaction. Now for the past Fifteen-years we are doing business with M/S. Greaves Cotton Limited /Ranipet and supplying major sheet-metal components such as:-

• Air Shroud & Back Plate
• EGR Pipe, Exhaust Pipe
• Levers & Filters
• Oxicat Support Bracket

This plant at present both Tool Room and Press-Shop is engaged for the M/S. Greaves Cotton Ltd., Light Unit-II, Ranipet in production of their auto engines.

Over and above being a supplier of the components, we act as a solution provider for the demands of today’s applications. Our systems and practices which are certified to ISO 9001- 2008 Standard ensure our items to meet customer requirement at the first time and every time.
